Ensure everything goes right
The child lock feature allows you to lock the control panel to keep your kid from changing the operation mode. Press and hold the "Prewash" and "Extra Rinse" button together for 3 seconds, and the control panel will no longer respond (except "OFF"). Activate the control panel by pressing and holding the same buttons again.
